Te fac sa uiti de carne!"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Re\u0163eta este mai pu\u0163in \u00eent\u00e2lnit\u0103 \u00een c\u0103r\u0163ile de bucate (care r\u0103m\u00e2n preponderent axate pe ingredientele de origine animal\u0103), dar este des preparat\u0103 \u00een m\u0103n\u0103stiri \u015fi \u00een familiile ortodoxe din nordul Moldovei.<\/p>\n<p>Este vorba despre preparatul numit \u201echiftele din fasole boabe cu garnitur\u0103 din orez\u201d, a\u015fa cum se reg\u0103se\u015fte el \u00een volumul \u201eM\u00e2nc\u0103ruri \u015fi dulciuri de post\u201d, publicat de prezbitera Garoafa Coman \u00een anul 1994, la Editura Bizantin\u0103.<\/p>\n<p>Ingrediente (pentru patru por\u0163ii):<\/p>\n<p>Dou\u0103 c\u0103ni de fasole boabe<br \/>\n 2-3 felii de franzel\u0103<br \/>\n O can\u0103 de orez<br \/>\n O cea\u015fc\u0103 de ulei<br \/>\n Dou\u0103 cepe<br \/>\n 5-6 c\u0103\u0163ei de usturoi<br \/>\n Un morcov<br \/>\n Un p\u0103st\u00e2rnac<br \/>\n Dou\u0103 frunze de dafin<br \/>\n O leg\u0103tur\u0103 de m\u0103rar<br \/>\n O leg\u0103tur\u0103 de p\u0103trunjel<br \/>\n 50 grame de f\u0103in\u0103<br \/>\n Sare, cimbru (dup\u0103 gust)<\/p>\n<p>Mod de preparare:<br \/>\nSe fierbe fasole dup\u0103 procedura obi\u015fnuit\u0103. Dup\u0103 ce se schimb\u0103 prima ap\u0103, se pun morcovul, p\u0103st\u00e2rnacul \u015fi ceapa, evident tocate. Se adaug\u0103 cele dou\u0103 frunze de dafin \u015fi se s\u0103reaz\u0103 dup\u0103 gust. C\u00e2nd fasolea este bine fiart\u0103 se scurge de zeam\u0103 (Aten\u0163ie! Nu arunca\u0163i zeama, pentru c\u0103 o s\u0103 v\u0103 trebuiasc\u0103) \u015fi, \u00eentr-un bol, se adaug\u0103 p\u00e2inea (\u00eenmuitat\u0103 cu ceva zeam\u0103 de la fasole), usturoiul pisat, un pic de cimbru, dar \u015fi m\u0103rarul \u015fi p\u0103trunjelul tocate.
