Pune \u00eentr-o tav\u0103 care nu lipe\u0219te h\u00e2rtie pergament.<\/li>\n<li>Bate untul (deja aflat la temperatura camerei) cu 2\/3 cea\u0219c\u0103 de zah\u0103r pentru aproximativ 3 minute p\u00e2n\u0103 ob\u021bii un rezultat u\u0219or \u0219i cremos. Adaug\u0103 f\u0103ina \u0219i praful de copt, amestec\u00e2nd totul bine la viteza mic\u0103 a mixerului.<\/li>\n<li>Adaug\u0103 \u0219i g\u0103lbenu\u0219urile \u0219i laptele, amestec\u00e2dn cu mixerul p\u00e2n\u0103 se omogenizeaz\u0103. Toarn\u0103 aluatul ob\u021binut \u00een tava tapetat\u0103.<\/li>\n<li>\u00centr-un bol separat bate albu\u0219urile cu restul de zah\u0103r p\u00e2n\u0103 ob\u021bii o compozi\u021bie ca pentru bezea. \u00centinde rezultatul peste aluatul din tav\u0103. Transfer\u0103 pr\u0103jitura pe un fund de lemn.<\/li>\n<li>C\u00e2nd s-a r\u0103cit, \u00eentr-un vas mediu bate sm\u00e2nt\u00e2na pentru g\u0103tit cu esen\u021ba de vanilie, timp de 3-4 minute.
